CLAY KITS
Our default option for Clay Kits is collection from the workshop. Once you've placed your order, you can come in during our 'work collection' times to collect it. Please have your clay kit order confirmation email on hand when collecting your kit.

Ring the lower buzzer outside when you arrive and Jill or Sarah will come down to assist you. Please remember to wear a face covering and come alone if you're able to.

Let us know when we email you - we'll be able to sort out an alternative time if our current opening hours don't fit your schedule.
Unable to come to the workshop due to access needs?
Let us know when we email you - we can discuss paying for postage or a doorstep drop-off depending on your needs/location. We'll figure something out!
Can I buy a kit even if I'm not based locally?
You're welcome to buy a kit if you're a bit further from Dundee and not able to come to the workshop - however, you'll need to cover postage which can be arranged via email, and we're unable to help with firing information beyond our own workshop. We'd recommend having a scout around online for similar kits available a little closer to your home, for ease!
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are posted Royal Mail First Class. We aim to post out your voucher within five working days, and they should arrive within one working day after posting.
If you need to receive your voucher asap after purchasing, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
International Delivery
We don't offer postage outwith the UK - if you're looking for similar projects to our Clay Kits, you should be able to find someone offering something similar in your country!
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are described to the best of our ability, with images showing items as clearly as possible. If, upon receipt, you are unhappy with your item, a refund will be issued upon the item's return, provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Please get in touch within 7 days of your item's delivery to discuss a refund - items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
